You can arrive at the cottage any time after 2 PM on your check-in day. Check-out must be completed before 11 AM. Have a special request? Just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.
There is a smart lock with a personnalized code for each group. Your unique code will be sent to you a few days before check-in.
Yes. The cottage is entirely at your disposal, including the screened in gazebo and the large flat yard.
You can park up to 6 cars in the driveway. No parking is allowed on the streets.
Pets and guests
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at the cottage, upon approval. No pets are allowed on the sofas or beds, or in the showers and bathtubs, and should not be left unattended in the cottage. The guests are responsible for keeping their pets within the boundaries of the property and for picking up after them immediately. Note that the yard is not fully fenced. There are two stainless steel bowls, a dog towel and poop bags. Don’t forget to bring his favorite pillow!
Yes it is! Every bed has a waterproof mattress protector and there is a safety gate at the top of each staircase. There is a booster seat that can be used on any chair, a Pack ’n Play park with a 2 inch mattress, utensils and plates, as well as some story books, crayons and a colouring book.
Only the number of registered people at booking is allowed. Exceptions can be made, but pre-approval with your host is required.

The Wifi is at 125 mbps, wich is plenty enough to surf, play and work at the same time.
Yes. There is cable television with a variety of channels (Sports, News, Travel, Food, etc). There is also Netflix and Disney+ already connected and ready to watch.
There is a filter coffee machine and a Keurig K-cup machine with a milk frother. You’ll have ground coffee with filters, as well as 10 k-cups (coffee, tea and hot chocolate).
Yes. There are many pillows, luxurious linens, extra warm duvets, wool blankets, as well as pillow and mattress protectors.
There are 12 large bathroom towels, 12 hand towels and 12 washcloths. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryers, magnifying mirror, laundry detergent, toilet paper and kleenex, as well as an iron and iron board, are also provided.
Yes, there is a washing machine, a dryer, as well as laundry detergent.
You’ll have access to 10 wood logs (dry and ready to use), some firewood, starters and a lighter. You can buy extra logs at any nearby grocery store or gas station.

A pre-authorization of $1,000 is due 1 day before arrival and released 5 days after departure, upon inspection.
